Over the years, TMHS explored field of emergence medical care and occupational health and safety tremendously. We have been working across most regions in Tanzania including hard reaching areas such as Kigoma and Southern regions.
We have been conducting air and surface medical evacuation for several fatal incidents including ship submersion, community fights, building falls, vehicle accidents, bomb blasts, machine trapping, cardiac attacks, venomous snake bites & other cases. This has been done in country and across boarders; Kenya, South Africa & India.
We have been operating medical clinics to over 50% of Tanzania regions while providing occupational health & safety solutions to customers across various industries such as constructions, mining, oil and gas explorations and agriculture.
Through working with various customers from around the globe & remote ‘hard to reach’ areas in Tanzania, we have remained with experience that help us to provide optimum individualized solutions to our customers and guarantee quality services at all times.
From the year 2015 we have been gaining experience in hazardous waste management; collecting, transporting and disposing thousand tons of hazardous waste such oil and gas, industrial chemicals, metal waste, unfit cosmetics, expired drugs, medical items, health care waste, substandard items, confidential documents, expired foods, clothes &electronic waste.
Transportation of this waste is done across Tanzania mainland & islands by sea and on road from client premises to our centralized waste management plant in Kisarawe. At site, safe disposal is done under close supervision of dedicated government authorities.
